nerrad
Hi all, new to the forum, but not to biking. Had a sojurn of around 20 years mind you. Anyway i just got a 93 Sr125 and am in the process of stripping it down, but i'm stuck. The sump plug is seized solid, I've tried pretty much everything (mole grips. heat, etc) but as it was already rounded I've not pushed it too far. Any ideas as to how to remove it? Oh it does remove normally ie, left loose/right tight. DC.

DC. weld on a big fuck-off nut and wrench it off. anti clock wise unscrew methinks if it still won't budge, get an air rachet on it
nerrad
Cheers for that, sort of what i figured. Was hoping there might be an easier way. My garage don't have power supply for welder at the mo, so i'll need to talk nicely to my neighbour. DC.
