Posted August 15, 200915 yr Hi all, new to the forum, but not to biking. Had a sojurn of around 20 years mind you. Anyway i just got a 93 Sr125 and am in the process of stripping it down, but i'm stuck. The sump plug is seized solid, I've tried pretty much everything (mole grips. heat, etc) but as it was already rounded I've not pushed it too far. Any ideas as to how to remove it? Oh it does remove normally ie, left loose/right tight. DC.
