tzr 125 engine swap help ?

hi

1 was wondering if anyone could help. at the moment i`m changing the the engine in my h reg (90) 3pc2 model 125 tzr

for the earlier f reg 2rk model engine. but i have hit a problem the wires from the fly wheel and pick ups are different conecnections and color code. could anyone tell me what i have to marry to get it to run the correct way ?
