Im 15 stoneish +leathers n lid and ive got the standard spring on the back of my R1 which ive read is 8.0kg/mm.

What spring rate is more suitable for my weight as im thinking of getting it sorted

    sounds like a specialist part tbh, or maybe you could try fitting the spring of similar length from a heavier race bike?
