Posted July 29, 200915 yr I'm rebuilding the remnants of an FZR400 3EN1. I bought the frame without a reg. number or V5 (just a chassis number). Anyone know how (if?) I can (re?) register it to get a reg. number and V5 - preferably non-Q?
