Posted July 26, 200915 yr Just wondering if my 1978 xs 400 can be repacked, it has 3 pop rivots on the back of each muffler so I would think so, but I'd like to confirm before I drill them. Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance. I would say that's an after market exhaust as original yams were welded. I would go ahead and do it but don't over do it as you'll strangle the performance
