Posted July 25, 200915 yr The 5A fuse for the YPVS keeps blowing on my RD350 YPVS FII. The Fuse blows once its placed in the fuse carrier even without the engine starting but ignition on. I suspect overcharging of the battery as my battery dried up once before. Can anybody offer help on this? Cheers

The tachometer and temp gauge doesnt work now. It all happened when the battery dried up once but didnt get fixed after battry was replaced. Thanks again.
July 25, 200915 yr Author Replace the battery and check your earths. Have replaced the battery...will check the earth though. Thanks mate!
July 25, 200915 yr Might as well get some electrical contact cleaner and open up all the electrical connector blocks and give them a clean out as well to be sure.
September 29, 201014 yr he sold it to me in the end reg/rec was blown so it cooked the battery rev-counter temp gauge and ypvs controller
