The 5A fuse for the YPVS keeps blowing on my RD350 YPVS FII. The Fuse blows once its placed in the fuse carrier even without the engine starting but ignition on. I suspect overcharging of the battery as my battery dried up once before. Can anybody offer help on this?

Cheers :)

Replace the battery and check your earths.

Have replaced the battery...will check the earth though.

Thanks mate!

Might as well get some electrical contact cleaner and open up all the electrical connector blocks and give them a clean out as well to be sure.
