I'm trying to remove the centre stand on my Aerox 50 to replace it.

The hinge is not moving and solid in the engine casing.

I have sprayed WD40 and tried hitting with hammer. I am afraid I might damage the engine casing if I hammer anymore.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can remove the hinge pin from the stand

try heating the stand with a blowtorch around the nut, this will cause it to expand around the nut and may loosen off some of the rust and shite, making it easier to then remove the nut
