Posted July 15, 200915 yr Hi there new to this forum. I have an 01 plate DT125, been having an ongoing problem with it, mainly the engine running rich, and having a noticable lack of power i.e struggles to hit 50. Originally I thought that the problem was due to a lack of compression and that the engine was needing rebuilt. But after the engine was rebuilt the problem remained. The oil pump has been adjusted and has made no difference. It is currently using a litre of two stroke for just under a tank of petrol. Any thoughts and advice would we welcome. Cheers.
