July 4, 200420 yr i went out after work this morning(started at 5.30 :roll: it's not healthy ya know) the weather was nice but about to change so i got in a few miles incase it's crappy later. tbh by the look of the sky i'll prob lock myself in the shed again and work/clean the bikes. the rd is feeling left out so might pay her some attention 8) p.s @pete, the names on the places is wales are always very interesting..... how is it you pronounce the ones that start with ll eg llangollen and llandow(is that correct?) there's a track there right?
