Posted July 9, 200915 yr Hi all. Been trying to source parts for the electrics on my 3HE FZR600. Found a guy locally who's breaking a similar bike - but his CDI, voltage reg etc are different to mine. However, I'm wondering is it possible to change my whole electrics for his, i.e. coils, cdi, voltage reg, full loom. Is this possible, or is it best avoided? My loom shows evidence that someone has been doing some DIY bodging before, thought clean loom always good plus would hopefully sort out my problems at last!! All opinions gratefully received :-)
