i got a '94 fzr600r foxeye.. nice bike lol

but.. was fine on sunday..even took my son out on it for a quick ride (his first time lol)

took it home..locked it up ;)

tried to start it today... nothing :blink:

just keeps turning over without firing up.. :o

pump primes ok..plenty of fuel...

got a good spark...

any ideas??

seems wierd to be fine 1 min.. then not the next :rolleyes:

maybe you've just flooded it?, try giving it a bump start and see if it will go then

I have exactly the same problem.......... I'm in the process of selling it and the bloke buying it shut it down on the kill switch...... somthing I've never done went out to dtart it today.... nothing....... he wants to pick it up on Monday, I'm in Scotland all weekend on a stag...... now I'm panicking........

well today i....

stripped it down..

cleaned plugs

checked spark (all good)

emptied float chambers and tank.. (in case of bad fuel)

put fresh fuel in..

checked all connection..plugs wires..

and

still the bloomin same :o

even tried bump starting it with no joy

SORTED!!!! :D

put a new set of plugs in... charged up the battery and .

started first time B)

Well I have new plugs in and still no spark!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the kill switch as that was the last thing to be touched before it went wrong. looking for a diagram.
