July 5, 200916 yr I have a 1991 XJ600 and have problems with the indicators anyone know where the flasher unit is located Hi Neil On yours I would think it's under the seat in front of the battery by the negative terminal (left hand side of the bike) If not. On later models there are four relay assemblies located on the right hand side behind the panel that holds the rear RH grab handle. The flasher relay is the second from the left.
