Dirty_Andres
what is the best way to remove the cam followers in the cylinder head im a bit stuck please help if poss According to the Haynes book of lies, you're supposed to remove the cams by threading a bolt into their shafts and then pull them both out. I've found that this doesn't work, as I don't have a blow torch and I don't have any tools that will do the job. Best bet is to take it to a garage and have them heat up the head a little bit, or if you have your own oven, then heat it up a little and yank the buggers out! Hope this helps.
