i have a 98 thundercat and i was wondering if it was in anyway possible to fit r6 fairings to it as i would like to have dual headlights i no this may sound strange to fome of you but its just the look that i prefer

i dont mind doing small modifications to the fairings or making up new brackets i was just wondering if it could be done

cheers jake

Seems do-able, so long as youre confident in making the brackets and possibly welding..

I dont see how it cannot be done, but id assume itl'd be easier to get the brackets from the donor bike (cut them off, evenly, and level on both sides) or if the are bolted on, it'll be easier..

But one thing i must say, measure twice, then drill/cut etc..

Im hoping somebody else might be able to help a bit more here, I havent the first hand experience in doing such a mod..

hope this helps,

im sorted for the welding side as im a specialist welder anyway :-) was more worried about the bike being too wide or long to take the fairings
