right i have a bit of a problem,,

i have bought a R1 backend to convert to fit on to my yzf750,

its a r1 but i dont know what year!!

i have converted the back end and it is now on the bike and it fits great,

my problem is i am trying to buy a undertray for it but dont know what year it is,

all i want is if anyone has a R1 could they mesure across the first two fixing holes on the undertray its the holes that hold the undertray to the seat unit the ones with the plastic plugs in,

its the holes at the rear bit just in front of the rear lights,,

i hope you understand what i mean cos it is hard to explane,,

i will be over the moon if anyone can help, i think it is off a 98-2000 but dont know for def,,

post up a pic im sure i can find out from a pic

pic will be no good as the unit has been cyt in half, and another unit welded on,

the only way i can tell is by the distance between the first set of fixing holes on the undertray,

i will put a pic up today anyway, you might be able to tell, thanks for now.. i think it is off a 98-2000

but wanna buy a undertray to fit so need the year..
