Posted June 7, 200915 yr Hi guys, I need to replace my coil as the wire is broken. Im not too sure on the year of my bike. I know its an earlier model ( i think pre '98) as it has the earlier CDI (8 wires? as opposed to 14?), also the YPVS servo has 3 wires, not 5 like the later type. The only markings on the coil are 2JN. My bike has the later engine (2003), the coil is definately the original so im assuming i should stick to an early one. Any help will be great Cheers, Mark
