Tony1973 Posted June 7, 2009 Share Posted June 7, 2009 I have a yamaha tzr 125 that needed new clutch plates, I replaced these and the issue was not resolved. I was told later by a friend that they need to be put in a certain order and there will a differance beetween the plates to help or markings. I cant see any of this and all the 6 plates look the same. So is there an order or is there another issue im just not seeing. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hi Tony You will notice 'dots' on both friction & plain plates (if genuine) which should line up which the arrow on the clutch boss, at which point the pressure plate will fit snug to the boss.
