Im trying to fit a new exhaust sytem (motad nexxus XY6D)

i just wondered if anyone has knowledge of how easy this was as i am having no end of trouble !

it just doesnt seem to fit at all, i cant get the header pipes to line up (they are about 1" out)

and if i do get one to line up, the studs are not long enough to go through the plate and allow the nuts to be screwed on.

you might have guessed, ive never fitted an exhaust before ;=)

any adivce is welcomed before i get the mallet out and start "adjusting it"
