Can someone please tell me how putting a new fs1e babble in my yb100 can improve performance, i have been told by a bike dealer it can but thought i'd ask here before purchasing one, cheers alec,

ps the baffle in the yb is in ok condition other than having no wadding on it.

Hi Alec,

there will be no advantage trying to fit a FS1 baffle (trying being the opperative word). The FS1 baffle will not fill the exhaust baffle plates so a build of carbon will occur and actually slow down the YB. YB's suffered from carbon build up within the silencer and the baffle money may be better spent/put toward a new silencer if the bike does not have the zip it should. Failing that you could spend an hour or so with the silencer to remove the possible carbon build up !

Regards Jim

Hi Alec,

if you buy one just make sure the bike is kept well as the ones I have seen offered from Ebay tend to rust at a moments notice !!!
