Posted May 1, 200916 yr Hey all. I'd like to replace my tach and speedo in a while and I'm wondering a couple things: Do tachs and speedos from xs650s fit the 400 model? Are there universal gauges that I could use instead? Also, how do i install these things?

Are there universal gauges that I could use instead? Also, how do i install these things? Any of the XS models with mechanical speedo and tach will work with the 400.
May 1, 200916 yr Moderator I think there is a standard "spin" on the mechanical turning so any like for like speedo works. only exception would be a kPH speedo, but you can get mechanical converters.
