Moderator Cynic Posted April 27, 2009 Moderator Share Posted April 27, 2009 Chain is to tight when your on the bike Sounds like it, needs fixing quick too as the output shaft bearing in the motor requires a TOTAL strip to change. An over tight chain will wreck it quick as you like, a couple of runs if your unlucky.

Moderator Cynic Posted April 29, 2009 Moderator Share Posted April 29, 2009 You say you have checked the chain and it seems ok, have you made sure the tensioner is working ok, if that has siezed or started to sieze that will make the chain too tight but appear ok. Other than that hows the wheel alignment?
