cbt is inadequate

Having done my CBT this year age 16 I thought it was definately inadequate especially for the price you pay to do it (£110). I live in London and I definately believe that courses within cities should be much more intense. I'm mature for my age and very cautious however my mate doesn't have the same qualities, he came off and wrecked his bike, although it wasn't his fault or the womans' it just goes to show how dangerous it is in cities.
