Posted April 9, 200915 yr hi everyone im doing my first track day this year on 03 r1, and could do with some help on the best tyres and pressures and also suspension set up i have standard suspension front and rear. looking forward to it very much but am a little apprehensive, any help would be fantastic many thanks.
