April 9, 200916 yr The 650 components, such as transmission, final drive etc are all designed to take the 40bhp of a 650 engine. Whacking an 1100 in there will rip your bike apart. Aslo, do not type ALL IN CAPS. That's the internet equivalent of shouting and will attract rude responses, get you ignored or worse - Locked up in Miss Goff's dungeon with a horny Wild Foamy
April 9, 200916 yr Why would you bother? Just sell the 650 and buy an 1100! It'd cost you more to convert a 650, and make it safe to ride - than to get your hands on an 1100... If you want to go custom, start with the engine and go from there! + I SECOND TTASKMASTERS COMMENT ABOUT TYPING IN ALL CAPS, lol.
