i have a dt125r a 1990 i do belave. i have had to drain the oil out off it and can any one tell me what oil to put in the bike.

i put 10w40 semi synth oil in my DT50, i would imagine your DT125 would be the same due to its capacity and vintage.

should say in your haynes manual, if you dont have one i suggest you get one as they are a great help!

Need more info, would you drain the oil out of your bike BEFORE you have got some to put back..... And have you ever HAD to drain the oil, without it being for something important like failed seals or contamination.
