1979 DT 250 carb screw basic set up,need owners manual still,oil light function?

Hi,

For my 1979 DT250F I still need a owners manual.Also what is the function of the oil light? when is it on/off etc..Need info. on base carburetor screw set up,to start it up.I appreciate your anticipated help on this.
