Moderator Airhead Posted March 11, 2009 Moderator Share Posted March 11, 2009 Fully synthetic oil is rumoured (has a reputation) as causing clutch slip, personally I would use a semi synthetic oil. I must add though that I have no personal experience of this problem.
steve m
The dealer could be right,, it may be a bit early to be using Full Syn oil, the engine has not yet bedded in fully and using full Synthetic oil now, could slow this procces down, they will more than likely go to full synthetic after the next oil change.
