thundercat breaks need help also need sum advise on converting rear swingarm to r1 one

b]breakes were sticking on my 96 thundercat freed them but a seal was hanging out need sum step by step help with how to replace seals and the rest of the job too please....also i want to put a r1 swing arm on her too has any one done this and is it possible? thanks

I wouldn't advise an R1 swingarm conversion - it's a major ball ache and it is also detrimantal to the bike's handling. A 160 tyre is perfect for the way the bike is set up. If you change the swingarm so you can put on a 180, it will completely screw the bike up.
