gfrench
thank you for the info on the 360. I will keep digging on the CT3 175 fork oil amount to see what I can find. I am starting on the Oil pumps and need to set the gap- Seeing 0.20 mm for the 360 Is this correct? Just took a loook at the CT3 175 and seeing it is at 0.27 mm? And sugestions on these settings? Seem correct?

gfrench
Well good news-- I have the 73 Yamaha CT3 175 all back together- had the top end all redone and I put it all back together and Fired right up 2nd kick. Oil pump is working great! All electrical is working except for the flashing of the trun signals- They light up but will not flash whether it is running or not. Is this the flasher unit? Or do I have something wired wrong? Thanks-
Rapco
Well good news-- I have the 73 Yamaha CT3 175 all back together- had the top end all redone and I put it all back together and Fired right up 2nd kick. They all have exactly the same part in putted in the same way? because i've got problem with mine, which i dissasembled a few time ago and i can remember where everything goes and it seems that one piece is missing... I only have one cylinder cut on the lenght(similar to the one on the springs agaisnt the top bolts) part number 11 in this link http://www.bikebandit.com/houseofmotorcycl.../m7053sch216345 Its not this one, i have those to but its more like number eight. Anyway, is this piece an important one( i think its when you bottom the suspension, the nner chrome leg wont be destroyed hitting the bottom, the little piece will. What do you think? thanks!
