wi ll the seats of later rd250s fit on a 1977 dx. still lookin for rear mudgaurd for my 1977dx 250. need some re chromin doin as well again anybody who could point in right direction of somewhere in northwest would be much appreash. cheers motorhead andy.

I think you can get pattern rear guards from PGM yamaha. for chroming, it depends on what standard you want, the quality of the peice and if price is of no importance as its a rare part.

I use RSchrome for general chroming work on good peices, as they can't restore anything except polish it out.

I also use chrome restoration services in coventry for my down pipes and they were better than new and 1 pipe cost £70.

Mervin can help with the seats but he is also a Mod on http://www.aircooledrdclub.co.uk/forum/
