Posted January 20, 200916 yr after two days of sorting my carb out,i found out my new sparkplug was a dud. which,makes me think what are all the numbers and letters on the plugs. and why when the plugs look the same.

Youre unlucky to get a new dud plug, cant happen often. The numbers a a manufacturers code for heat range thread size and length etc, Why what?

NGK 2411 B8ES ----RD400 NGK 2611 B9ES-----DT400 Both are identical lenth [thread] +gap. but will operate at diff temperature ..
