Posted June 2, 200420 yr What is the difference between the DT125R and DT125LC I have a 1989 DT125 but not sure exactly which one it is!! could be one or the other! ](*,) :roll: Any ideas??
June 13, 200420 yr Author All this time i thought i had a dt125r! Turns out i have an LC! I mate pointed out the exhausts seems to be on the otherside on the DT125R :oops: , which led me to further investigation and there seems to be quite a few little differences, in terms of looks! Does anybody know the technical differences between the R and LC? Performance, Engine, Electrics Etc? Has anybody else got one?
June 13, 200420 yr ONE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO IS THE BLOODY DTR IS ABOUT A FOOT AND A AHLF TALLER AND IT LOOKS MORE GROOVEY

The last LCs were made in 88 and the transition to the R from 89 onwards.
August 13, 200816 yr the dtr has a powervalve the lc has a powervalve......... just not connected up in this country.
