Posted January 8, 200916 yr I have a 2006 R6. The key is giving me trouble, and I suspect a faulty ignition barrel. Sometimes wiggling the wire at the back of the ignition works; sometimes it doesn't. This is a UK bike with an imobiliser. Can I change just the ignition barrel or do I have to change the Ignition, ECU, Petrol Cap, and Seat Lock? Will the required parts from any other year fit the 06?
