aniMAL_
Hi guys, I just got a brand new arrow exhaust for my tzr 50 04 model and it's made it slower than when I had my stock exhaust I have NO clue whatsoever what's gone wrong or I've done wrong, Help anyone? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd imagine it needs re-jetting if you have a new pipe, or at least an adjustment to the carb as it will more than likely be running rich, which will make it slower. I had to do the same thing with my RS when I had it.
Moderator Airhead Posted December 27, 2008 Moderator Share Posted December 27, 2008 is it a completely new pipe and silencer or just a silencer. As has been said, you will most likely need to re jet the carb but unlike the previous post i would guess that its running lean wich would require a larger jet. A plug chop will tell the story though so thats the way to go
miller11z
Took it to a garage and asked about the jets and they said my pipes for racing so I need bigger jets 25% bigger I think so Thanks alot for your help guys!
