Hi there people, i have just acuired a 1985 tri-z 250 quad conversion, just wandering if any one has any info on what other bike's i can pinch bits off of, as parts are a tad rare.

any help would be grately recieved, and if any one has a few spares laying around (esp wheels&tyres) please let me know,

i am in the same boat really, i do wonder how similar the YTZ250 engine is to the YZ250 thats in the MX bikes.

I really want an exhaust to replace my tired one

Guys i have just broken one of these bikes, all parts available apart from frame, Which cracked on the front down tubes and the front master cylinder! I removed the crank and gearbox today! All engine internals are good! Clutch cover is not in good condition though!

If i can post pics feel free to request which parts may be of interest!

On another note, Is there a section where i can introduce myself??

how did you get on with finding parts? am trying to find some wider A-arms and longer rear axle....
