I'm new to the oil filling on the XT660X dry sump with oil in frame. The oil that came out was 4 litre's or just under but the book say's 2.6 litres with oil filter change. Well have been riding it for 4 weeks with no problem so i put in 3.5 litres and it is good on the dip stick.

Any ideas/ wrongs/rights or perfect ways to do this.? i'm going by the book for now with a 50/50 comprize of what came out.
