i went to put some new brake pads in and someone put the piston in the wrong way round i got it turned around and put the new pads in ive pumped the brake and nothin happens ive pumped it about a 100 times and nothins happening can anyone help cheers luke :roll:

I know this might sound a bit obvious, but you did replace the brake fluid after you had the piston out did'nt you?

hell my rear brake fluid resivor split a long time ago and mine still works, although ive had oil pipes and oil/throttle cables snap and that never managed to stop my bike either, very strange bike mine is :s

Sounds like trapped air, rebleed the brakes :roll:

hey ginger minge if it is adt you are riding then one of the pistons are meant to be the opposite way to the other i went through absolute hell to find that

Yep in the DTRs the hollow end of the piston faces out, for some strange reason :roll:
