Water Pump Impeller URGENT!!

Hi all, i am working on my yamaha tzr 50 and i need to remove the waterpump impeller. It moves with the crank and when i hold the crank i cant spin the waterpump. How do i remove it please, any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S i have the case off and there is no nut on the impeller and i also have the crank side off. Thanks
