Posted October 14, 200816 yr iv got a new dep exhaust on my bike, and now when the revs get to 6000-7000 rpm the bike loses power! not sure on wat it is the spark plug is brand new, and not sure on how to up jet the bike? any ides?

You may need to jet up, what does DEP recommend for your bike? You are risking serious damage if it needs jetting up so you should stop using it until you find out and do it.

October 14, 200816 yr Author What size jet is standard and what size did DEP say to increase to? im not sure wat size it is i fink its standard, but i dont actually know what the jet looks like lol they recomended goin up 2 sizes. can i get it from the local yamaha shop ?
October 22, 200816 yr Author Yes you can, ask them to fit it if you dont know what youre doing. got the bike fixed, got it upjetted aswell, runnin 25 bhp now:)
