Moderator YamaHead Posted October 14, 2008 Moderator Share Posted October 14, 2008 Takin a stab here.........most YamaThumps I've seen have the oil filter in the upper right side of the crankcase just below the barrel .......mine even has "oil filter" stamped on it. Geoffxt Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 Have you stripped the engine down? or do you want to change it as part of the service. because I don't think it has a user serviceable filter my XT125 on a 05 plate does not have one that I can replace but may have mesh filter like the TTR 125 inside the engine.
