kboy Posted October 7, 2008 Share Posted October 7, 2008 my bike is driving me nuts. About a week ago number 3 cylinder went down. Soooooooo i changed the plugs cleaned the carbs and air filter. there is fuel in the float bowl , when i take the plug out its wet. So today i switched the coil packs over and the problem still exist. In response number 2 cylinder does not fire and the header pipe remains cold. I have taken of the carbs and cleaned them out , problem still exist. I changed the plugs and no change. I tool the plug out and noted that the plug was wet. There is fuel in the carb bowl. So i thought that it might be the coil pack so i swopped the coil packs over and the problem is still there .
