Posted October 7, 200816 yr Right, hot on the heals of the trans-european trip, I'm considering a trans-america trip now..... Has anyone out there got any idea on shipping costs for a bike of say 180Kg's, to air frieght it from the UK to maybe Vancover or LAX ??
October 7, 200816 yr From what others have said, it costs a LOT. Better to hire one out there, or even buy one.
