Don 1 Posted May 7, 2004 Share Posted May 7, 2004 The lights are fed from the lighting coil. The wire from the coil should be Yellow with a red stripe. It changes colour at a connection block to a brown wire that then goes up into the switch. You can remove the yellow/red wire at this connector (tape it up) and connect a feed from either the battery (always on) or from the brown wire that comes from the ignition switch (only on when the key is turn on).
