first 600 miles no more the 4000 rpm (get it serviced at 600 as well) and I think it no more then 6500 till it gets 1000mile

1st 300 mile no more 6000rpm and 300-600 mile no more than 7500rpm at 600 mile get the bike serviced.

Getting mine hopefully next week, already read the manual online and this is the information it gave... 4000rpm i don't think you'd actually get anywhere!
