Hi all,

Im really stuck at the moment with passing my bikes mot.

when i have the bike running on idle with the running lights on, if i turn on my turn signal the rear lights and headlights dip to the same motion of the flashing turn signals???

i have cleaned the battery earth.

i have cleaned the engine block earth.

if anyone knows where there may be more earth points please let me know.

or if its any other sort of electrical problem.

I've had similar problems on other Yamahas & usually find it's the brushes in the generator have worn to the limit.
