Undo the locking ring on the cable adjuster on the clutch lever, screw the adjuster in one complete turn (clockwise) and tighten the lock ring again this should give you a little more free play, take it out tomorrow and hopefully it will be ok, have a look at the routing of the cable see if you think it looks right.
