July 19, 200816 yr i'm trying to get almost the same bike working , what does yours rev to wide open ?
July 19, 200816 yr i've had a problem similar to yours. I would say its an adjustment to your floats , or your float valve is getting stuck. You may just need to replace your float valve.
July 19, 200816 yr hi mate just seen your question ,you have a float problem ,either its not set correctly or its sticking ,could also have a hole in it but thats rare..regards martin
September 27, 200816 yr Thanks I have the same problem. I'm waiting for a manual for the bike. The float height is 21mm, how is this measured? With the float hanging down or with the needle just touching the float?

With the float hanging down or with the needle just touching the float? Measure wit the float just touching the needle and measure to the carb flange, not the gasket that sits thereon
September 27, 200816 yr Measure wit the float just touching the needle and measure to the carb flange, not the gasket that sits thereon Thanks I'll measure it tomorrow!
