well the question has been on here 5 day's and it seems none of you have any opinions or answers for the best engine oil to use in my fzr. THANKS FOR THE HELP !

Look in the bikes handbook and it with magic will tell you.

ive used motul for years mate but i think its realy down to personal prefferance as long as the oils spec matches ya bike's spec!

Hi is that why your called yoda for the smart replys! if I had the hand book I wouldn't be asking. thanks for the help mad73 and stonsie.

Ive looked in the 'haynes manual ' it says coorect oil is

oil type API grade SE or SF (minimum)

oil viscosity below 15C (60F) SAE 10W30

above 5C (40F) SAE 20W40

capacity(without oil cooler) with filter change 3.0 liters

oil change only 2.7 liters

oil drainplug torque spec 43 Nm (31 ft lbs)

oil filter bolt-cartridge type 15Nm (11 ft lbs)

spin on type 17 Nm (12.5 ft lbs)
