THANKS FOR THE HELP ! ive used motul for years mate but i think its realy down to personal prefferance as long as the oils spec matches ya bike's spec! Ive looked in the 'haynes manual ' it says coorect oil is oil type API grade SE or SF (minimum) oil viscosity below 15C (60F) SAE 10W30 above 5C (40F) SAE 20W40 capacity(without oil cooler) with filter change 3.0 liters oil change only 2.7 liters oil drainplug torque spec 43 Nm (31 ft lbs) oil filter bolt-cartridge type 15Nm (11 ft lbs) spin on type 17 Nm (12.5 ft lbs) hope this might help mate Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
